The parody went like this:

" Prinz Eugenius der edle Ritter,
   Hatt' im Arschloch einen Splitter,
    Dass hatt ihm sehr weh getan,
     Er liess rufen die Doctoren,
      Dass sie ihm im Arschloch bohren,
        Dass hat ihm sehr weh getan...."

     Which means:
        Prince Eugenius the noble knight,
         Had a shrapnell in his bottom,
           Which was very painful ,
         He did summon all the doctors,
           In his bottom to be drilling,
             This was to him very painful .
