Although the picture comes from a Yad Vashem collection there are
some indications
that the period is not during the war.
1) The Magen David looks more like a flower or Rosetta,
2) The official instruction was to wear it on the chest not on the =
collar
3)Too many Fiakers (carriages) on the street, mostly a Jewish
occupation - that trade was nearly
extinct during war.
4) The gentleman looks a bit too nice and well dressed for a Jew in =
1941/3.

But may be somebody can identify him?
