If you are interested in finding old articles about Czernowitz, you can
search to your heart's content in:
1. Library of Congress' "Chronicling America":
http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/
Searching simply using the word "Czernowitz" will result in more than 400
search results, often relating to WWI. You can always conduct a more
specific search. The articles in the LOC collection range from 1836 to 1922.
2. You can also search the "Fulton History" site at
http://www.fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html/ . This site encompasses different
years, but don't ask me the year range for this one.
3. Of course there are other search engines, but you'll have to find these
for yourself.
You can conduct searches using many other key words on many other topics, so
these sites can keep you busy for some time depending on your inclinations.
