[Cz-L] Memorials

The Ghetto plate in Czernowitz:
Not long ago a memorial plate was placed in the Turkengasse
in memory of the Jewish Ghetto.
  Without our knowledge or consent.
   We didnt like the plate, the positioning and the wording.
    Mostly though, for not being part of it.
    We do not know who concieved it or who sponsored it.
     How could they do this to us !
       Now we are notified by Zoya , the tourist guide , that this plate
     is to be replaced by a new one.
       Why ?
   J. Bursuc , our man in Czernowitz , suggests we propose a
  text for this new plate without giving us guidelines.
    Whithout this , it is a very hard job to do.
     Best is we wait and better understand,
