[Cz-L] Google search bar for Ehpes now on home page.

Czernowitzers.... Thanks to Peter Elbau for alerting me to the code for
the search bar which allows the search function to work directly from
our Home Page without having first to go to Google.

Check it out at http://czernowitz.ehpes.com

It looks like it's working OK, and you get a choice of searching the
entire web or just Ehpes. Slick!

If you can't see the search box, hit your browser's Refresh/Reload
button.
