[Cz-L] Kuty

My great grandfather and his family came from Kuty. he married my great grandmother and went to live with her family in Bukovina( not sure of the exact town). We have found branches of the family all over the world,( literally) but can not find the common ancestor. I have been told that the archives of documents may be found in Livi, but so far have not been able to find a researcher who will do the onsite research for me. I have tried contacted recommended researcher to no avail. They do not answer e-mail requests even though they advertise their services on Jewishgen.
Does anyone have suggestions and contacts? I understand that I will have to pay for the work.
