Hi Mimi and list members,
First of all, I am not born in Roumania, than Czernowitz was stll austrian,
so you can't say"we all were born in Roumania" and I am not the only one,
there is Marianne's mother,Lotte, there is Ria Gold, Gaby Weissmann's
mother, is the sister of Sidi Gross, and many others...
You "Tzutziks" were born in Roumania.
Somebody of the list, I don't remember who, wrote about the piano-teacher
Tauber, but the second name was "Wallstein" not Wallenstein...
Wallenstein was a noble from Boemia, who faught in the 17.century against
the swedish army. and Schiller wrote the Drama "Wallensteins Lager" (Camp)
Please excuse my correcture,
Shavuah tov
Hedwig
