I think there should be one to those who were ddproted to and died in Tranistria as well

I will add my name to those who are grateful that the existing Jewish
community of Czernowitz was able to get the co-operation of the City to
install the Memorial. It may not be the way we would have done it, but
we didn't do it and they did, and I thank them for it -- all who were
involved.

If we want to put our energy into a memorialising those who were
murdered July 6th-July 8th 1941, the existing memorial on
vul.Pidgaecka is deteriorating and waiting for our attention.
