Dear Czernowitzers,

Today we arrived at our exhibition in the Subway Station Piata Unirii in
Bucharest to discover that somebody took down the whole exhibition. Since it
is Sunday nobody from the Subway Management was available today and the
local Subway Police stationed literally 20 meters away from the exhibition,
did not know what happened.

I really hope and want to believe that an honest mistake is behind this
mysterious disappearance of our public exhibition on the Romanian Holocaust.
Tomorrow we will get in contact with our local partners and the Metro
Company of Bucharest and hopefully find soon the missing exhibition.

Knowing that we display here in the Subway under uncertain security
conditions the exhibition for the Subway was printed on large color posters.
We did not display here our fine-are prints like at our other exhibits in
Vienna and Radautz. A reprinting of the whole exhibition would still create
some additional costs. I really hope the Subway will then improve the
security around our exhibition.

I will keep you updated on the developments concerning our public exhibition
here.

All the best,

Emil Rennert
