Dear Hardy,
Actually there are armed security guards at all times stationed 20 meters
away from the exhibition. About half of the exhibits 22 panels were visible
from their position. One of our local partners is in fact the Bucharest
Metro Company "Metrorex". The safekeeping of the exhibition is their
responsibility. The whole disappearance is rather strange but it is to early
to say why it happened. I hope for some sort of misunderstanding or that
overnight cleaners took it by mistake. On the other hand this theory seems
strange since illegally attached advertisement posters are still hanging
around in the station. If it was the work of antisemitic vandals, I would
rather have suspected graffiti or visible destruction and not theft of an
entire exhibit. But all these theories are only speculation. Tomorrow we
will know more.
