  Yes , this is the"Ham " or Springbrunnenplatz.
   In old times the center of Czernowitz.
 At the start of the video ,to the left of Zoyas head on the blueish
building there is a dark plate wich reads that here was the jewish ghetto.

      Further on this side was the ramp to the Jewish Hospital.
   5 roads merge at the Ham : 4 from the ghetto and one down to
    the railroad station.
     One - way - traffic in 1941.

     Good to see the second generation going to explore.
      On their own.
