Chernivtsi is an ukrainean town .
  Czernowitz no longer exists.
   Only in our dreams.
The locals display the town history as they wish to see it.
We do not play a major role in it.
Neither is our exit described as a tragic event.
Too bad but we can do nothing about it.
There are many memorial plates of famous Jews on the streets.
Not always is their nationality pointed out.
Popovici and the Ghetto are there.

The Jewish Museum is not our museum.
It belongs to Chernivtsi and tells story of the Jews , former
city dwellers as seen relevant by the authorities .

Sometimes a painter paints your portrait and seeing the
result you exclaim:" But this is not me !"
" You understand nothing about art " is the answer.
