Please find exhibited thirty out of in total one million photographs, taken by Willy Pragher between 1941 and 1943 (Czernowitz, Odessa, Dniester, Bucharest, etc.) at:

As far as I know, it's true, that Willy Pragher had Jewish roots, but however he was definitely closer to the German/Romanian authorities than to their victims. His short CV is available at:
