Re: [Cz-L] Pragher once more.

I saw the exhibition of the Willy Pragher photographs in the inner courtyard
of the Czernowitz municipal building.
These are excellent photographs and the exhibition seems to be popular with
both local people as well as with tourists. What amazed me, was that
Antonescu and his minions come across as caricatures. It seems that
these people were
so conceited, that they did not realize when they were made fun of.
