[Cz-L] Memorial to ghetto at the Turkish fountain

When I was in Czernowitz recently, I found out
that the new memorial to the ghetto, at the Turkish fountain,
was proposed by the two rabbis; Kaufmanski and Glitzenstein.
As the memorial looks currently and the inscription on it,
are temporary. A permanent inscription is to be ready by Oct. 11th
of this year.

There are already two memorial plaques to the ghetto in Chernivtsi.
I woud be fitting if this memorial was not only to the ghetto,
but to all the victims of the holocaust in Czernowitz.

Apparently there is a website through which the Chernivtsi rabbis
can be contacted and suggestions for the permanent inscription made.
I do not have the URL of this website, can anyone find it?

I suggest that the inscription say:

In memory of the Jewish residents of Czernowitz,
incarcerated in the ghetto, deported to Transnistria,
tortured and murdered in the years 1941 - 1944.
We remember them.
