   We dont know who wrote the present text.
    And under what circumstances.
     This was maybe the only choice to have a plate at all.
    But we dont like the text and know a better one.
     To cover Transnistria and the Holocaust.
      And also a concise history of Czernowitzer Jewry
      from the early settlers to 1947.
