[Cz-L] Help for Noemi Eshet -- Archives in Cz.

Noemi Eshet is leaving this morning for Czernowitz and wrote to me for
information on getting records from the Czernowitz Archives.

She says: "...
I fly tomorrow morning (September 2nd), and will be in Cz on Satursy 3-7
September.
Please tell me about the procedure in the Cz Archive. Is it true that I
may ask for information, but get it on;y after 3 months? How do i PAY
FOR THE INFORMAION? How does I get it if I'm no longer in Cz , how do I
pay for the information and what happens if they have no information at
all?
