I am the jew(ess) from Curacao which Jeannette has found. I have her book,
it's written in Dutch which I can still read and understand but as far as
speaking is concerned...oh, yes, I do have a Dutch friend with whom I
converse in Dutch, which means she speaks and I listen!

    book about the history of the Ashkenazic Jews from Curaçao.
    Originally they came from Poland (Galicia) and Rumania
    (Bukovina/Czernowitz and Bessarabia). During my research I used your
    website and I even found a former Curaçao Jew via your website. She
    gave me lots of useful information.
