  The writing of the last letter of the Torah of the Korn Shil
   by Rabbi Menachem Mendel from Israel .
     This ceremony is performed in the Temple.
       Then it is carried in a joyful procession through the
    center of Czernowitz where all traffic was closed for this purpose.
