Thanks to Hardy for the translation of this article.
In my phone conversation today with Dr. Josif Bursuk, I also learned that
the money for the restoration came from many donors, but also, that the
restoration work has as yet not been completely finished, but the synagogue
is now ready for the Rosh Ha-Shana celebrations.
