Yad Vashem Shoah related database has 923 (!) lists related to Czernowitz.
Most of them, unfortunately, are not available online, but some are.
Go to: http://www4.yadvashem.org/lwp/workplace/ , or from Yad Vashem
homepage go to "Digital collections" - "Shoah - related lists"; enter
Czernowitz (or Cernauti) in "places"; you will be notified of those
923 lists.
But because the system can display only 200 lists at one search, you should
limit your search.
I suggest to search only for one year at a time, e.g. from "1941" to "1941".
Many of the lists that can't be displayed are from: GOSUDARSTVENNY ARKHIV
CHERNOVITSKOY OBLASTI - UKRAINE, CHERNOVTSY.
