I sent the video to a fairly young female Jewish medical doctor, raised in Chernowitz (post WWII), who immigrated to the US with bitter sweet memories. Here was her reply:

Chernovtsy - is the city I know everything about it, I know every building, I know everything.
This is the city where I and you met.
Chernovtsy - this is city of my first love. I've never seen a city more beautiful than Chernovtsy.
Chernovtsy- call me for the date with my youth.
There are lots of cities poets dedicated their poem, but I'm giving my soul to Chernovtsy.
Chernovtsy - it's the eight world wonder!"
