When I visited in 1998, the synagogue looked like this (but with more
weedy trees growing out front):

In 2005, it looked like this:

If you look at the painting and exterior brick work, plus installation of
doors and boarding up of windows, it seems to me that the picture you
posted earlier today
<http://info.kp.km.ua/images/fbfiles/images/IMG_8325.jpg> must have been
taken prior to the 2005 re-dedication of the building and its
International Chassidic Center.

Now I wonder if anyone has a picture of the Hasidic hotel under
construction in Sadagora?
