Thank you for your kind appreciation. You are right, the obituaries bring back bygone times to all of us. I'm very happy, that you identified your grandfather's obituary. Nahum Spinner was for sure a very prominent member of the Czernowitz Jewish Community, considering the high-ranking attendance to the funeral, Rabbi Schieber, President of the Jewish Community Dr. Gutherz, Member of the Parliament Dr. Straucher, Osias Rosenblatt, who all held farewell addresses. I understand your excitement, when you discovered these few lines.

P.S.: One more discovery! In "today's" edition of "Der Tag", i. e. 15.11.1933/2011, our fellow member Dana Dimitriu foud her great-grandfather's (Dr. Abraham Tamler) obituary.
