[Cz-L] plain or fancy

Sorry, Guys!  I just clicked "reply" on the assumption that yours reaches me in plain text.  Since Yahoo decided to fix that which wasn't broken, the whole business of email has become a big undertaking fraught with problems that never existed before.  

What I wrote was this:  Re: The Cremer article - Mimi’s remarks make much sense but in reality one must ask: is this an important issue?  Nothing can be verified or proved at this point.  One thing that someone in our list might be able to confirm is the correct number of exemptions granted Popovici by Antonescu and/or Calotescu?  I’ve seen numbers from 5,000 to $15,000.  If it was the former, then Popovici’s effort was more daring and effective to issue permits way beyond his allowance.  If the number was 15,000 then he can be credited only for intervening without risking career or life.  What was the real number?  Does anyone know?  And does it come from a trusted source.  How about forwarding this new development to Yad Vashem where they must have the search and verification process honed to perfection.
