[Cz-L] Who is not from Czernowitz?

An article about a native from Cz. In the paper, there are several approximations or wrong things, like calling Mogilev a Nazi camp and that it was a German woman who helped ... But,even today, who knows Transnistria and the history of the Holocaust in Romania?
