Good news for cardiac patients in 1934! From "today's" edition of "Der Tag", i. e. 20.05.1934/2012, p. 2, as always online available at

we learn, that Dr. A. Kessler and Dr. A. Zalziecki brought in the first electrocardiographical service for Czernowitz. Was it perhaps such a funny machine as shown below?
