Hi Cornel,
Brill books are limited editions because it's assumed they won't be bought
privately, therefore the exquisite price. The library at the Jewish Studies
dept at UCL is bound to have it and if you call them, you can read the book
there. Or get a reader card at the British Library, that was easy when I
was a grad student but they probably have some accomodation for private
research.
