dedicated to the memory of Dorin Fraenkel, and includes a short
description of his personality and deeds.

This article was first published in Sharheret Hadorot Vol. 26 No 3,
December 2011, a publication of the Israel Genealogical Society (IGS),
and is copied under IGS permission."
