Dear Jerry, Thank you (!!), and I also remember first being contacted in
1997 by Nick (Nicko!) Martin and Carl Ulrich about starting an internet
discussion group. I owe them so much gratitude for what they started and
for their encouragement, friendship and support all these years. It's
been an amazing journey for me.
