I remember your late sister Cilly (she was a close friend of my sister
Hannah (Buzia) and I also remember your house on the Worobkewiczgasse, not
far away from our home on the Fabriksgasse. Unfortunately, I don't have any
pictures from our childhood or teenager period.
Nevertheless, I'll tell my sister Buzia about your inquiry and am sure she
will be glad to hear that Anita Dermer is in Tel Aviv.

Dear Czernowitzers
I am new on this list.I was born in Czernowitz 1923.We have recently built
an 8 generation family tree on the internet.Unfortunately I have very
little information. I hope to learn more about Czernowitz mainly for the
next generations.
My father,Leon Derman, was born in Stanislawow Galicia.He married my mother
Sabina Eunhorn from Kolomyya Galicia in Czernowitz 1910.We lived in
Springbrunnen Gasse #1 and in 1935 moved to Worobkiewitzgasse # 8.My
father's store was Goldschimdt, Fenster, Derman and Carp - Landhausgasse
-Retailer for Wilh. Scherg & Cie., Brasov.
My brother Manfred Derman(born 1912)went to LEG highschooland was later a
chemical engineer.
He only had one arm since he was injured when he was 5y/o.
My father was in Siberia in WWI and then again in WWII.I last saw him when
I was 17 y/o .
My late sister Cilly was born in 1921 .We both went to the public Commune
elementary school.She went to Hoffman highschool .
I went to Iassi Notre Dam de Syon until WWII.I lost my mother and brotherin
Transnistria
My uncles David and Izak Einhorn lived in Springbrunnen Gasse #1 and had a
steel shop.My cousins were Klara Sasha &Mendle
My aunt Hella Wolf and her husband Herman were also Czernowitzers parents
of my beloved late cousin Sigmond (Sigi)
My Aunt Philipina Gott and her husband Carl parents of Emanuel (Maniu) and
the football player Julo were Czernowitzers .
I would appreciate any pictures,documents and/or information you may have..
Attached please find a picture of my late brother Manfred Derman's class on
their graduation From LEG in 1930
