Dear Arthur,

I received "Die Stimme" of February, and I read your small article =
called "Budi, Transnistria".
As usual, your writing is very touching : I had the impression to stay =
there with you waiting for your mother .....
I also read the very interesting long articles written by your spouse.
It seems to me very important to remind in "Die Stimme" what really =
happened in Czernowitz.
