Languages are not invented (excepting Esperanto).
 They develop naturally.
  How Czernowitzerisch came into being ?
   Take Austrian German as the frame, mix it with
           Eastern Yiddish
           Western Ukrainean
            Moldovan Rumanian
             Bible Hebrew
      Mix it well for some centuries in common use.
      Here you are !
