That's right !
Back in 2010, I was very surprised to find this monument , the
Kriegerdenkmal, which commemorates the soldiers fallen in WWI.They fought in
the Austrian army ! I looked for the Jewish names. I had no idea that
Hedwig's uncle is on this list.

I hope you will see the pictures soon.

Hi Edgar, Thanks for thr Dorna Album, it is the birth-town of my father, and
my parents lived there until WW1, but when I was a little girl, we went
every summer there, to my grandmother ant aunnt...But I missed on the album,
may be I oversaw it, a column nearby the municipality, for the soldiers
perished in the WW!, with names, there is also the name of the brother of my
father who was killed in a battle with Italians1 day before the war was off.
His name, David Langhaus is there on the memorial...Irene took a photo from
it.there are many jewish names.
