[Cz-L] Geder Avos - organization that restores cemeteries (next project in Suceava)

Hello all,
After visiting Bukovina and Transitria in 2006 I founded an organization called the Geder Avos Jewish Heritage Group. This organization is a recognized 501(c) 3 non for profit orginization and I started it to facilitate the restoration jobs I had completed at the graves of my ancestors in Mogilev, Sereth and several other cities in the Ukraine .
 Since 2007 I have facilitated over 20 restoration projects in Romania, Ukraine, Belarus and Poland. Sometimes it involved single grave-sites, other times mass graves and in some instances cleaning up and restoring entire cemeteries.  For all of these jobs I hired Rabbi Israel Meir Gabay of Israel who is an expert in this field and he really keeps costs as low as possible. He really just charges for his travel costs and the actual material and labor and all costs are tax deductible as it classifies as a restoration project.

We may soon soon embark on restoration job at the Suceava cemetery (someone recently called me to try and help them find their grandparents graves there).  If anyone out here is interested in having Rabbi Gabay try to locate a grave-stone in Suceava (or anywhere else) in Bukovina please contact me. He photographs all of his work and it is quite amazing!
