Hersch Jaslowitz 1795-1845 came from Jasto in Poland as Zwi ben Yitzhak
from Jasto and was then germanised in accordance with Austrian laws. The
surname then underwent several changes as indicated below. I changed mine on m
arriage to remove the German post war stigma. Harry
