Thanks everybody for jumping in.  This list really does function as an extended mishpokhe.  Lucca had written in March that they discovered she had diabetes which can lead to all sorts of things but, at the time, she sounded fine.  Abraham, please keep us informed as you get more detail.  I've got my fingers crossed for her.  And if you get a chance to actually speak to her, tell her that all of us are praying for her speedy recovery.
