I found two results searching using the first name of Jacob, though i don't think they are the ones you are looking for, but nothing for anything like a Bora, Boris, etc. I am posting just to show what sort of things can be found in the records.

Litman, Yakob Matveevich born 1924 in the Ukr SSR, Kamenets- Podolsk oblast, town of Berezdov

Date and place of recruitment is given as ?.08.1942 Ordzhonikizevsk RVK

Reason of death: missing
Date of death: Not earlier than 05.12.1942

There is an "Anketa" (Form) in Russian scanned in as a photograph, from which this information has been transcribed, except it doesn't tie up always. Actually it does not say "missing" but "when was last written contact" with that date. The form says Military address from last letter: Tbilisi, and place of recruitment: Groznii.

The other Litman, Yakob Davidovich was born in 1922 and recruited in Uzbekistan, died on 18.12.1943.

So not much further forward on Yakob or Bora Litman, I'm afraid.
