 Hello dear Czernowitzers

I am helping some friends of mine to find where their Grandmother came from.
They know it was Austria/Poland/ Russia/Ukraine. I remember their mother mentioning that they spoke German.
The name of the town sounds like Skala on the (name of the river). Could be Bruch or Brooch. or something to that effect starting with B.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Also the family name was Miller (pronounced Miler) Pesya Riva.

I still and enjoy all the e-mails, just to busy to step in.

Channa
