I have posted an old illustrated post card of Putna showing an old train
pulling wagons with logs .
In the picture this train is called a Rollbahnzug.
I translated as" steam tractor".
Maybe a bad translation ,maybe not so bad.
This started a thread in the wrong direction.
Instead of concentrating on the beauty of the forest and the
nostalgic memories this is supposed to evoke.
Finding an erroneous translation is much more inviting.
So we are in the middle of a debate on locomotion terminology
