Dear Ervin,

I believe that I have a similar document and that this "declaration"
was a document which Jews remaining in Czernowitz had to have in order
to prove that they were allowed to reside in Czernowitz.

I am currently away from home, but in a few days, will check my documents
and compare the documents.
