Dear Jerome,
Thank you for posting this so fast just before going on vacation.
I hope people traveling this summer to South-Bukovina will benefit from this
place.
We entered this cemetery from the road connecting the town G.H. with the
Humorului Monastery.
The special bonus to this posting is Oren , the new List-member.
Be welcome , Oren !
I looked at Oren's Gura Humorului link and I'm a little bit confused: is
this the SAME cemetery I took pictures from?
May be this is not the main entrance ?
Well, we were probably in a hurry.
Yes , me too I recognized some Ehpes -pictures on Mimi's "display" on
Herrengasse.
We are always nice to the Bosses.
Wishing you nice weather and a beautiful summertime,
Irene

Czernowitzers...
On our website, I've posted a new album with 20 photos of the Jewish
cemetery at Gura Humorului taken by Irene Fishler in 2010. From the Menu ->
Cemeteries Monuments & Towns -> Gura Humorului (cemetery) or directly at:
http://czernowitz.ehpes.com/czernowitz11/gura2a/index.html
And four photos from Mimi Taylor's July trip to Czernowitz are on the Blog
at:

Maybe Mimi can tell us a bit about the 'display' set up in three of the
photos. It's interesting that the City appropriated an Ehpes photo of Josef
Falikmann's barber shop that actually came from my cousin Jessica Fallikmann
Attiyeh (my grandmother was a Falikmann).
Just a note in passing... I'm going to be away for the next five or six
weeks starting this Friday, so please don't send any documents, photos, etc.
until I return or my mailbox will likely clog up. Personal email is fine. Be
kind to the Boss while I'm gone -- post in Plain Text.
Best,
jerome
