[Cz-L] Turks in Czernowitz

My Turkish probe into Czernowitz ended in the Grivita redoubt
battle in the late 19 century , 600 km away with heroic
Rumanian poetry.
  No Turks and no Czernowitz.
   If we go on like this we'll get nowhere !
