I am saddened to hear of Lotte's passing and wish Marianne and her family the most heart felt condolences. I was fortunate to have read about her life weeks before meeting her ironically at a movie in NYC about guilder times and days before my first trip to Czernowitz. May her family be consoled among all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem
