Vadim Altskan was of great help to me in establishing facts
about Traian Popovici, in preparation for the setting of a memorial
tablet
to his memory on the building in which he had lived.
Anything Mr. Altskan writes about historical events regarding Czernowitz
and members of its Jewish community, is likely to be well researched and
be reliable information.
