So it started with Rome.
Seven hills of.
Czernowitz has seven hills too ( where are they ?)
   Haifa has a mountain.
This is why Czernowitzer flocked to Haifa.
Looking for the seven hills of Czernowitz.
( Was Horecea the Capitoline ?)
      So simple , so reasonable.
How could we miss the obvious ?

Another reason is topography:
When I was a child they told me that Czernowitz like Rome, was built
on seven hills - well Haifa is built on one only - but you can't have
everything in life and one big like the Carmel easily substitutes 7
smaller ones.
