[Cz-L] Abandoned property

  Tenant of backyard flat a as taken by E. Hauster on his latest.
   There is some uneasiness on the face of this Babushka.
   She and many thousands more live in our flats .
    They pay a ridiculous rent to the city who is administrating
     abandoned propriety..
    For decades Czernowitz was out of bounds for tourists- nobody came.
     Now many come.
      There in no chance the flats will ever be restituted.
       But the uneasiness persists and causes sleepless nights.
