Microfilms by the Later Day Saint Church (Mormons) are available for

You can search by number (if you know it) or by region (Czernowitz) like in
the link above.
You can order the complete microfilm to be sent to your favorite Family
History Center<https://familysearch.org/locations/centerlocator?c=City&s=State&p=Postal+Code&n=>for
a Short-term Loan (90 days) at $7.50 each film.

You need to register (open an account) and pay with Credit Card or Paypal.

The time to deliver can vary between a few weeks and 3 months.

Note that microfilm readers in the center you are planing to use may be
limited and can be a charge for digital copies (scans).
