Dear Simona,

Thanks for joining our group! I'm sure if some of our members have
memories of your family, they will be glad to pass them along. I've been
working on a Czernowitz cemetery indexing project, and I'll be glad to
help you with any lookups needed for burials in the cemetery. ~20,000
tombstone photos have already been posted to JOWBR - the JewishGen Online
Worldwide Burial Registry - where you can start your search.

I'd also like to point out that, though our membership spans all
continents except Antarctica, you really aren't so far from some of your
North American fellow list members. I'm located in Geneva, NY, Sylvia
DeSwaan in Utica, and then there are a number of us in Toronto and
Montreal! If your travels take you through to the Finger Lakes area,
please let me know and I'd be very happy to meet you.

By the way, the Zimbler family is mentioned in Hugo Gold's book, History
of the Jews in the Bukowina. Here, for instance, is the chapter on
Sadagora:
