Posting this as a joke and without proper reference to its history is a
disservice to the many list members who are not familiar with this statue
and rely on this list to learn about Czernovitz. Here is an original

This is the statue commonly named "Austria", which was in Austriapllatz and
disappeared for many years.
After it was recovered it became the object of artistic as well as
historical interest, and the Residenz houses several variations submitted by
European artists, including one dressed in a burka.
